Sea Waves Speak
The fish will not complain about the turbid water and the sea will not beg for swallowing the huge amount of human pollutants, but man is the one who will be most affected by this later.
Sea Waves Speak is a joint artistic work by Salam Rizk and Maha Atallah. It is based on the filming of short clips involving different fish species inside ponds, in addition to a clip showing a human hand entering the aquarium and tampering with it. The clips are edited together into a montage with sound design to convey this idea.
This project is based on the embodiment of the idea of water pollution, highlighting human intervention and pollutants caused by the wasteful use of plastic bags and the arrival of sewage to the sea or even the use of the sea as a landfill for waste. All of these pollutants may eventually lead to the decline of water, pollution of sources, the death of marine life and many other species.
So let's preserve life by conserving water.

موجات البحر تتحدث
لن تشكو السمكة من المياه العكرة ولن يستنجد البحر من ابتلاعه الكم الهائل من ملوثات البشر، لكن الانسان هو أكثر من سيتأثر بذلك لاحقاً.
حديث الأمواج عمل فني مشترك لسلام رزق ومها عطالله قائم على تصوير مقاطع قصيرة تتضمن أنواع أسماك مختلفة داخل أحواض ,إضافةً الى مقطع يبين دخول يد بشرية للحوض والعبث به ثم يتم العمل على تعديل ومونتاج هذه المقاطع مع دمج مقطع صوتي مناسب لمحتوى المشروع النهائي والفكرة التي يهدف لإيصالها.
يقوم هذا المشروع على تجسيد فكرة تلوث المياه مسلطين الضوء على تدخل الانسان و الملوثات التي يتسبب بها گ الإسراف في استخدام الأكياس البلاستيكية و وصول مياه الصرف الصحي للبحر أو حتى الاستعانة بالبحر گ مكب لنفايات كل تلك الملوثات قد تؤدي في نهاية المطاف إلى انحسار المياه وتلوث المصادر وموت الأحياء البحرية والكثير من النتائج المؤسفة والتي تعود على البيئة والانسان بضررستكون السنوات القادمة هي نتاج تدخلات البشر من انحسار المياه، تلوث المصادر، و موت الاحياء كلها ستجعلنا بحاجة مصادر مياه جديدة قد لا تتواجد ابدا.
لذا فلنحافظ على الحياة بحفاظنا على المياه...
